TO: Student Council Members and Parents

Our first meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 from 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Mrs. Brights room (308).

These are the expectations and responsibilities of the 2003-2004 Bluffview Elementary Student Council Members:

You must attend meetings on a regular basis. Inform one of the
Student Council representatives if you cannot attend in order to have an excused absence.
Recycle your assigned room on a weekly basis.
Sign up and work concessions at scheduled basketball games.
If you are unable to work a game you have signed up for,

please contact the Student Council representative you are

working with:

These are the expectations and responsibilities of the 2003-2004 Bluffview Elementary Student Council Members parents:

Pick students up at 3:30 p.m. from meetings in the circle drive.

Sign your child out on the sign-out sheet. A student will bring the folder around to sign.

Students that work basketball concessions should be picked up

three (3) hours after they are dropped off (Example: 5:30

drop off and 8:30 pick up).

Three late pick ups from meetings or games will result in

removal of your child from Student Council. Please contact

the school or Student Council representative if an

emergency arises and you cant be on time.
